  • Is parking available?

    There are a few different parking options we recommend to our guests!

    LOADING ZONE

    There is a Loading Zone located outside of the entrance for guests to unload/load their car. Cars are only allowed to park here for a maximum of 10 minutes or they WILL be towed. We have luggage carts located in the lobby and on each floor that may be used to assist you with your luggage.

    VALET

    Evolution Parking & Guest Services has partnered to offer our guests valet service option.  

    Vehicle drop off is a block away from us at Cambria Hotel, 623 Commerce Street. You must specify you are staying with New Orleans Luxury Rentals at The Refinery. Vehicle will be brought to The Refinery (Building) upon request.  

    Short-Term Parking (0-10 Hours): $25 Long-Term Parking (10-24 Hours): $46

    There is no “in and out” allowance for the valet service. Once your vehicle has been retrieved, “dropping off” to valet again will incur new charge.

    Please call Evolution Parking & Guest Services at 504-342-1522 if you have any additional questions regarding valet services. If you receive their voicemail, please leave a message and your call will be returned as soon as possible. 

    SPOTHERO

    We recommend using the app SpotHero! Once you book with us, you can enter our address into Spot Hero and it will show you multiple parking options that are in close proximity (walking distance) to our property. A perk of SpotHero is if you book ahead of time, they will sometimes offer a discounted rate! If you plan on taking your car in and out of the parking lot frequently, make sure to apply that filter in SpotHero to get the best results.

    STREET PARKING

    Additionally, street parking is available, but this is not a guaranteed option. There is street parking offered directly across the street from us and throughout the other streets nearby. The hourly rate to park is $3.35 and can be paid through the mobile app, Park Mobile. Street parking is free after 7:00pm until 8:00am and free all day on Sundays.

  • Am I able to store my luggage on-site before scheduled check-in and/or after scheduled check-out?

    Yes, we would be happy to make arrangements to have a secured luggage locker dedicated to your group around your scheduled reservation. Please reach out to our team to get this reserved. Luggage locker use is completely complementary to our guests too!

  • How long is the walk to the French Quarter?

    The French Quarter is just a short stroll from NOLA Luxury Rentals location. The French Quarter is a 3 block walk from our rentals. Specifically, Bourbon Street is located 6 blocks from NOLA Luxury Rentals.

  • Where is the nearest convenience store? Grocery store?

    The nearest convenience store is Cajun Market located on the corner of Julia and Convention Center Blvd. The nearest grocery store is Rouses Market located at 701 Baronne St, 7 blocks from rentals.

  • What is the best way to request additional services?

    Reach out to us at bookings@neworleansluxuryrentals.com and someone from our team will do our best to accommodate you. NOLA Luxury Rentals goal is to give each and every guest the most memorable experience possible!

  • Is booking online secure?

    Our website and booking engine is protected through an SSL security protocol that provides data encryption establishing an encrypted connection between a web browser and a web server while preventing cybercriminals from reading and modifying any transaction done between them such as the transmission of sensitive information like credit cards while doing online shopping. It ensures that all the data passed between the web browser and web server remains private and secured.

  • Can I bring my pet with me?

    All NOLA Luxury Rentals have a strict no pet policy.

  • My dates are showing as available on the website, but I am being told that the unit isn’t available for my dates?

    In some cases an owner declines a reservation request because they’ve either taken another reservation that has yet to be recorded or they are holding out for a longer term lease.

  • What is the difference between a vacation rental and a hotel room?

    In a hotel you get little more than a bed and bathroom. In a NOLA Luxury Rental you get a well-equipped condominium that includes a fully equipped kitchen with a gas range, living room and free wi-fi access – all of which bring the comforts of home with you on your travels. Without the personnel and congestion of a hotel, a NOLR home gives you more privacy as well.

  • What are the cost advantages of staying in a vacation rental versus a hotel room?

    A NOLA Luxury Rental costs less to book than any of the comparable hotels in the City, but that’s not where the savings end. In a NOLR home you save on wi-fi costs, food and drink expenses and service charges/gratuities. The larger your group, the greater the savings are.

  • Do you have seasonal rates?

    While we do have special pricing for certain events, there are no “Seasonal Rates” we follow. Our rates are automatically calculated in real-time with the local market. We *typically* suggest booking farther out for your best rate option!

  • Do you provide cleaning services during the reserved period?

    NOLA Luxury Rentals are professionally cleaned before and after every stay. If you wish to have your unit cleaned during your stay it can be arranged at an additional cost. Please inquire with one of our agents.

  • Is smoking allowed in your units or buildings?

    All NOLA Luxury Rentals are smoke-free.

  • What do you require for a booking deposit?

    If your stay is more than 60 days away from the day you are booking then a 50% of the total booking amount is due at the time of booking. The second/final portion of balance is due 60 days before check-in. If your stay is within 60 days than the entire balance of the booking is due at the time of booking.

  • What forms of payment do you accept?

    We accept Mastercard, Visa American Express, and Discover cards, as well as debit cards. In some cases, generally for longer-term bookings, we can accept a check or wire transfer.

  • Do you hold units without a deposit?

    We have a strict no-hold policy. Your rental is only confirmed once you make your deposit.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of the stay will receive 100% refund. Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of the stay will receive 50% refund. Cancellations less than 14 days from date of arrival are NOT eligible for any refund.

  • How do I Make a Reservation?

    Our helpful and knowledgeable Vacation Specialists are available from 9:00AM - 5:00PM daily to help you find the perfect vacation home for your group and to assist you with the booking process. You can also make your reservation online.

  • What Is Keyless Entry?

    Keyless entry allows you to open and lock your vacation home by entering a numeric code. Your keyless entry code will be sent to you a month prior to your vacation in your pre-arrival E-Mail. If your home provides keyless entry you can go directly to your vacation home without having to check-in at an office. Keyless entry codes are activated at check-in time and expire at 11:00AM on your departure day.

  • What Is Travel Insurance?

    Travel Insurance can be added to any reservation to protect guests if they need to cancel their reservation due to a family emergency, job loss, hurricane, flooding or a mandatory evacuation. View our Travel Insurance page for more detailed information.

  • Why Book through us instead of AirBnB, VRBO and HomeAway?

    There are no booking fees and you get to work directly with the local management company, real people just a phone call away. We are more than just a booking service, we offer additional guest services, concierge services, housekeeping, and more.
